The great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in five words, "I do not have time".  Do not run from a challenge but instead run towards it because the only way to escape fear is to trample it beneath your feet. In order to get to a place you've never been, sometimes you have to do some things that you've never done. Face your shortcomings, success is found in overcoming yourself. Don't be controlled by weaknesses! Set goals and GO FOR YOURS!
